October 8, Entry 12

A man was working late one night at a plant when nobody else was working. He had the night shift so he had to go around and check the plant to make sure it was still in working condition for the rest of the night. The machines were still working fine and everything around him was noisy and seemed to be to its normal tip top shape. He rounded a corner and started heading for the next building to check on. He headed around the corner and was stopped when he heard abrubtly all the machines stop simultaneously. He started to creep around the corner and was scared for a second. He heard a small noise around the corner and a small hiss. He turned the corner and in the corner was the largest snake this mans eyes have ever seen. He froze in his spot. He waited at least a minute. Not seeing the head because it was behind its body so he was unsure if it was alive or not. He looked around for a second to see if anyone else was around. He slowly crept up to the snake and walked right up beside it. He was walking right around the snake. Just the he noticed the snakes head slowly raise his head and he stopped in his tracks. He felt his heartbeat rise. The snake turned his head toward the man.

  1. Snakes are scary. I always thought they would feel slimy. I finally got to touch one at a circus when I was about twelve and was surprised to find their skin is rough.

    +Good story line. Creative.
